G-EUPC Airbus.
Visiting our daughter in Hounslow, there was a good chance today’s “One Photograph” would be of a plane coming in to land. Their house is right underneath the flightpath – almost the last one before the runway!
However, the paths do vary. When we arrived, they were coming in further over, and no so easily photographable. Just before we left, though, they started coming overhead.
The closeness can be seen from this photograph of British Airways G-EUPC Airbus. This was taken with focal length of 70mm, and the image is not cropped!
Because the plane flew directly overhead, it was not possible to see which operator it belonged to. From the photograph, the registration number is clearly visible, therefore a quick internet search reveals all you need to know!
