Tim's One Photograph a Day

Looking out to Sea on Worthing Beach.

Stormy clouds and rough seas.

On a windswept day like today, this is not the first location that springs to mind! But, this captures the essence of the weather today, although you wouldn’t realise that behind the camera some patches of blue sky were beginning to break through. However, the idea of today’s shot was to encapsulate the grey conditions and the fact that in weather like this it is really only the seagulls that are enjoying Worthing Beach.I have framed the scene with the groyne on the right, and the outlet, with its warning beacon to the left. There are two seagulls on the former, and one on top of the latter! This can be a very bleak spot in these conditions.
