Peace in the city.

As they may be the last opportunity to get out with the camera for a while, I opted for a long exposure. We have moved again, from the outskirts into the City Centre. The railway station is immediately to the right, the busy A4150 dual carriageway to the left. But here, set down a little bit from the road level, is this little oasis. Room for two or three boats, right in the heart of Wolverhampton at the top of the locks. In the distance can just be seen a bridge which goes over the bottom of the first of 21 locks that takes the canal down to the Staffordshire and Worcester Canal.
