The Old Royal Oak: There's just something about a pub lit up at night.

There’s just something about a pub lit up at night.

Staying with the night time theme, but a change from canals to pubs. This is the Old Royal Oak, Hillmorton near Rugby.Of course, it’s a canal side pub, but this is the better view. I was able to find a spot in the car park where I got a good view of the front, without any obstructions.

Very little tweaking on this shot of the Old Royal Oak. Just toned down the brightness on the whites, so that the lights were less overpowering. The starring effect is enhanced by the small aperture.

The clearness of the sky can be seen by the fact that stars are visible. The clouds that brought the rain have cleared away.
