Tim's One Photograph a Day

A Colourful Stack of Balls of Wool.

A Colourful Stack of Wool.

Something completely different today! Not having a lot of time to do much in the way of photography, it was a case of making the best of it. Knowing we would be doing a bit of shopping, I challenged myself to find something whilst out and about. Hence the “toy” camera.

I needed to get some new tyres for the car. I had thought that might present an interesting shot – a photograph of a stack of tyres, maybe. Unfortunately, they were all at the back of the garage, where I was not allowed access.

However, wandering around “The Range”, I noticed the displays of balls of wool. In particular, the multi-coloured balls. It was simply a case of picking the most colourful, and getting in close enough to fill the picture.

A little bit of enhancement using the “Nik Collection”, to bring out the vivid colours, and here is today’s photograph.
